   The rules, simplified:
   
   Please make enough adobo to fill at least one 6.5 quart pot or a deep half size tray.  The more the better.

   A serving is the size of an ice-cube.  These amounts will enable you to hand out at least 400 servings.  Cut pieces there or in advance.  Small serving cups will be provided to fill and give to tasters to help control serving sizes. 

   The more people that can sample and vote for your adobo the better are your chances to win the ”Peoples Choice Award” .

   Secret tasters will rate your adobo to make the final 5 contestants in “The Best Tasting Award” competition.

   Be there by 11 AM.  Blind ‘Taste-Off Judging’ will start at 2:15 PM.
